The Collings family moved to Moranbah in October 2017. Luke is the minister at St Francis Anglican Church, and Julia connects with young families to reach them with the gospel.

Moranbah is located on the Peak Downs Highway between Mackay and Clermont, about 400 kilometres north-west of Rockhampton, in Central Queensland. It is a town that was specifically built for miners and their families working in the regions’ coal mines. The population of Moranbah is young, multicultural, and transient, due to fluctuations in the resources sector. It has a population of around 8000 people and has a hot and dry climate.

The Collings’ September Prayer Points
Pray for the many people from outside Australia who live and work in Moranbah. In our ministry may we have the opportunity to demonstrate the hospitality and love of God.
